Just moved here from Michigan, and am a solid 3.0. I'm primarily self-taught, and have been playing for about 6 years. I'm just looking for some more competition and a way to get out in this sun.

What is your NTRP playing level (http://tiny.cc/ntrp)? Beginner: 1.5-2.0. Most players: 2.5-3.5. Skilled: 4.0+

Welcome Jonathon. I just became a Death Cab for Cutie fan. I'm a seasoned rocker (I prefer that to the 'o' word) so groups like DCfC, Coldplay and Greenday still seem new to me. I had a party recently where we had a pianist, 2 bassists, myself on drums but no guitarist. Weird, I know. I probably could have just yelled outside and gotten one. :-)
