I just received a Trip Advisor update and saw something of interest from RDU. Airfare from RDU to Providenciales in Turks & Caicos for $456 and a studio suite at the Grace Bay Suites for $90 per night. It is the slow season there (starting on Oct 5), but Ocean Vibes still offers scuba and snorkeling instruction and trips. Interested in obtaining my PADI cert; T&C has much to offer! Just wanted to explore whether this might be of interest to others.....barbara
