Enjoy getting out and hitting the ball. Singles, doubles, doesn't matter as long as I have opportunity to play.
What is your NTRP playing level (http://tiny.cc/ntrp)? Beginner: 1.5-2.0. Most players: 2.5-3.5. Skilled: 4.0+
Depends on the day, the racquet and ball along with the shoulder can be anywhere from 3.0 to 4.0.
