I've always enjoyed playing tennis but am still a complete beginner.

The program I volunteer with, Bushido Women's Self Defense, is structured around practical ways a woman can defend herself (some from basic martial arts principles, but especially by focusing on how the female body naturally works). We also focus on non-physical skills like victim prevention & verbal assertiveness.
