It was my first Meetup. I have heard such great things which is the main reason I went other than to play awesome tennis. Honestly, if I had not heard such great things I would not go back. I will go back again because my friend that was with me told me this was not the "norm" with Meetups. This was not a great experience. The organizer was disorganized. He wasn't pairing people based on their level. We had on person cancel at the last minute which forced three people to play Canadian doubles. I feel the organizer should have been the one to step up to the plate and play as the single player. Instead, he played doubles and made others play Canadian. Then, when it came time to switch he still did not offer and spun the racket to see who had to stay. Also, courts were not reserved ahead of time and luckily, they were open or players would have had to sit out. Way too much time trying to figure it all out, too little time actually playing tennis!!!
