Upon signing up, you are required to pay a $50 deposit to hold your spot. The balance of $100 will be due by the end of July.

The preliminary details:
Accommodations: Two 6 bedroom, 2 story extra-large condos in North Myrtle Beach (the same one as last year, plus an additional one).
Tennis: Grand Dunes Tennis Club. We'll be playing tennis as a group on Saturday and Sunday. 20 Tennis Players. 5 Courts.

8/20/10 Update: Tennis is scheduled on clay courts at the Grand Dunes Tennis Club at 9 AM and 7 PM on Saturday and Sunday. The morning tennis is required, but the evening tennis is optional.

Join us at Myrtle Beach for a fun Friday through Monday weekend playing tennis, socializing, shopping, swimming, dancing, Wii-ing and other activities. Event fee covers accommodations, tennis and household amenities.

This is an event for making friends, having fun and experiencing what it's like to live a few days with people who truly enjoy tennis and like to have a good time.

Arrive on Friday, September 3 and depart on Monday, September 6. As the date draws nearer, we'll arrange carpools.

• All attendees must be 2.5 or above tennis players
  
• Participants must have attended at least 2 events this year and be in good standing
  

Room Assignments:
The final makeup will be 6 couples/family who will occupy 6 of the private rooms that have King beds and connected bathrooms. The remaining 10 attendees will use the other 10 beds (Queens & Twins) spread between 6 rooms. Combined, the condos have 12 bedrooms and 10 full bathrooms.
