Mark your calendar once you sign up, there are less e-mail reminders coming, to decrease the volume of e-mails players are receiving. Players that have been with me for less than a month, please put an approximate USTA rating in the comment section, so I can match you with players of similar skills. E-mail me with any requests at least 24 hours in advance.

Watch your e-mail the day of the event! Weather cancellations are announced through e-mail the day of the event. If you are on the wait list, check your e-mail for a late canceling player, for the chance to get into the event.

RSVP Policy 2009
If you have 3 no-shows in 4 months, you will be banned for a month. 5 no-shows in 5 months, you will be considered for removal from the group. No-shows are events you are RSVP'd to attend, but do not attend (excluding rain days).

If your plans change, please update your RSVP to "no" ASAP. The earlier you open a spot, the better chance others have of joining this meet-up and guaranteeing 100% attendance. The day of the event, any spots that open up will be available to the first person to respond to an e-mail announcing the opening. Please be considerate, and cancel your reservation as soon as you know you won't be able to attend.
